The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MaternAlert and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
By submitting content to our service (including health data), you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content to provide and improve our service. We will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
